Happy New Year, everyone!

This year was, once again, our most successful yet.

Ubitquity continues to sit at the intersection of blockchain technology and software as a service. This powerful combination makes Ubitquity uniquely suited to providing a real-world solution to real-world problems and points of friction. The company’s sharp focus on one of the largest and most inefficient industries — real estate — sets it apart from technologies and companies that are more abstract and theoretical in nature.

Building on its seven years of software engineering, Ubitquity pivoted its business model to improve its unit economics and expand its addressable market.

We are publishing our 2022 Year In Review in quarterly releases over a week. Be sure to read part one and part two. Now without further adieu I bring you the Ubitquity Year In Review for the third quarter of 2022 (July, August, September).

July 8th

We received coverage in The Title Report! Ubitquity to launch crypto listing service

(Note: Crypto Listing Service was just a temporary name. The official branded service is now called CryptoListing)

Ubitquity has chosen its vendor for the purpose of initiating a SOC 2 Type 1 audit in 2022, prior to our Type 2 in 2023.

SOC 2 certification is important in our company’s evolution related to Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, Privacy, and Security.

Today Ubitquity turned seven years old!

September 23rd

Ubitquity’s latest reports (technical & executive) and attestation by Red Sentry security auditing firm in Atlanta. We have improved our websites (3) security from a B+ grade up to an A+ grade! Zero vulnerabilities/exploits were found. A great improvement indeed.

September 24th

In our commitment to open collaboration, we at Ubitquity have open sourced the SmartEscrow demo front end UI/UX (MIT License) user/admin code via GitHub! Our APIs and other backend IP remains closed source.
