Wilmington, Delaware, USA — September 10, 2022 — Ubitquity LLC, the leading enterprise blockchain-secured platform for real estate and title recordkeeping, is proud to announce that it has chosen Drata for its SOC 2 compliance. This rigorous, independent assessment of its internal security controls serves as validation of its dedication and adherence to the highest standards for security, confidentiality, availability, privacy, and processing integrity.

This is the first step with Ubitquity’s commitment to our customers and the security of its data. Ubitquity views security as the foundation upon which its products are built and upon which trust with its customers is earned and maintained.

Ubitquity will be using Drata’s automated platform to continuously monitor its internal security controls against the highest possible standards. With Drata, Ubitquity will have real-time visibility across the organization to ensure the end-to-end security and compliance posture of its systems.

“We’re tremendously excited to be working with Drata. I believe that global businesses can collectively benefit from SOC 2 auditing testing of our sites, SaaS services, and core infrastructure,” said Nathan Wosnack, Founder & CEO of Ubitquity.

“Drata is a market leader with its automated platform that we trust in order to ensure SOC 2 standards compliance and security. We look forward to being onboarded at the end of the month and choosing an auditor. Once we receive our clean SOC 2 Type 1 attestation report we will be making another announcement,” added Wosnack.

SOC 2 is a voluntary compliance standard for service organizations, developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), which specifies how organizations should manage customer data. The standard is based on the following Trust Services Criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

As more enterprises look to process sensitive and confidential business data with cloud-based services like Ubitquity’s unanimity Managed SaaS platform, Non-Fungible Title, and UbitquityPay, it’s critical that they do so in a way that ensures their data will remain safe.
