Ubitquity to Deploy Non-Fungible Title, SmartEscrow, UbitquityPay, and Unanimity on Google Cloud Platform
Ubitquity taps into the power of Google Cloud to allow high-demand clients to access scalable hybrid architecture

Wilmington, Delaware, USA, October 13, 2022 — Ubitquity LLC, the leading enterprise blockchain-secured platform for real estate, escrow, and title, today is pleased to announce that it is accepting clients for versions of its Non-Fungible Title and Unanimity Hosted Cloud products hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and soon on UbitquityPay, with SmartEscrow (with module add-ons to start) in Q1 of 2023. Google Cloud Platform will compliment Ubitquity’s decentralized IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) and StorJ solutions for data and blockchain hash backups.
“Over the past year we’ve had numerous requests from our clients to explore the possibility of scaling up their deployments of Ubitquity’s Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) products and services,” said Nathan Wosnack, Founder and CEO of Ubitquity.
“After careful consideration, and watching the incredible new scalable, automatically deployable products from Compute Engine and BigQuery to App Engine and industry-leading AI, and OS-level virtualization with Docker Platform as a Service (PaaS) products, we’ve decided to build a bigger relationship with Google. We’re confident GCP will satisfy the needs of our enterprise customers and partners,” added Wosnack.
By leveraging Google Cloud Platform’s processing power and scalability, Ubitquity is now able to pursue large Enterprise clients that need to do frequent and fast writing to the Blockchain or require compute-heavy tasks such as the rapid creation of smart contracts based on rapidly fluctuating factors. An example can be found in the real estate sector, where smart contracts can be used to finalize property conveyance based on market conditions.
With smart contracts, this is done on the blockchain and the contract is automatically fulfilled. For some of Ubitquity’s clients and prospects, this might be done tens and even hundreds of thousands of times a month.
This is an expansion of Ubitquity’s existing relationship with Google that spans seven years.
