Wilmington, Delaware, USA — June 29, 2020 — Ubitquity LLC, the enterprise-ready blockchain-secured platform for real estate and title recordkeeping, is pleased to announce that it has officially joined the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) and is excited to participate on the Cascadia Blockchain Council. The WTIA Cascadia Blockchain Council is a collaborative group of companies, universities, and government agencies dedicated to making the Cascadia region a global hub for blockchain development.

“Washington is home to some of the world’s most innovative startups and Ubitquity is proud to be a part of a group representing them,” said Founder & CEO Nathan Wosnack. “While we don’t call Washington home, this is the innovation state and we look forward to helping bring the title industry into the blockchain era. We are thrilled to have a local presence there in our VP of Business Development, Ian T. Staley, and we believe we can add extra value to WTIA’s mission via our globally-based team and worldwide experience in blockchain use cases.”

Ubitquity has a number of Blockchain as a Service (BaaS) tools available on its unanimity℠ platform, that it has successfully integrated across a variety of industries including aviation escrow and title, title abstracting, as well as secure document management. Ubitquity will bring its unanimity℠ platform to use to help drive commercialization with various Washington-based title agencies to explore productive uses of distributed ledgers with both the government and private sector.

Ubitquity is in the process of signing deals with a number of title, escrow, and insurance ecosystem players within Washington, once again proving that its infrastructure is enterprise-ready.

Already, you can find Ubitquity’s platform deployed in the aviation title industry, title insurance and abstracting sector, as well as property management in technology software stacks across the United States and worldwide.

Ubitquity and WTIA are determined to make an impact in the public and private sector. By educating key decision-makers on the benefits of blockchain technology and by driving adoption via projects that produce tangible use cases with government agencies and in the real estate and aviation industries, this partnership between the two parties is a shoo-in.
