UBITQUITY: 2021 Year In Review
Happy New Year, everyone!
2021 was our most successful year yet.
Ubitquity sits at the intersection of blockchain technology and software as a service. This powerful combination makes Ubitquity uniquely suited to providing a real-world solution to real-world problems and points of friction. The company’s sharp focus on one of the largest and most inefficient industries — real estate — sets it apart from technologies and companies that are more abstract and theoretical in nature.
Building on its 5 years of software engineering, Ubitquity pivoted its business model to improve its unit economics and expand its addressable market. Ubitquity is proud to unveil its new flagship product: SmartEscrow.
What does SmartEscrow do? This innovative software allows counterparties, title/escrow companies as well as underwriters and banks, to conduct real-time property settlements utilizing cryptocurrency stablecoins.
We launched a two-minute-long animation explainer video describing it (watch it here), including our new website for the product at SmartEscrow.us. In October version 1.0 of our demo was completed, and we plan to have version 1.1 made available in the new year which will include a lot more intricate features and comprehensive workflows.
The leadership team Ubitquity, our software developers, and UI/UX designers are working closely and diligently with the title and escrow industry to ensure that the next iteration of the SmartEscrow demo closely resembles our up-and-coming final product.
The closed beta version of the SmartEscrow platform will be fully released in Q1 of 2022!

We raised over $250K USD this year in accredited investment, with only $210K USD left in our seed round (of $1MM USD).
