Immediate Changes to $UBQT & $UBQT_S Private Placement Bonus Rewards
At UBITQUITY and nDAO, we remain committed to rewarding our long-term supporters while ensuring the integrity and stability of the $UBQT and $UBQT_S ecosystems. Recently, we have identified misuse of bonus rewards, with Private Placement bonuses being sold off en masse by short-term speculators. This activity disrupts the intended purpose of these bonuses and undermines the value we aim to provide to our dedicated buyers and the broader community.
To address this, we are implementing the following changes, effective immediately:
90-Day Time-Locked Wallet for Bonuses
All $UBQT and $UBQT_S Private Placement bonuses will now be held in a unique time-locked wallet for 90 days. This measure ensures that the bonus rewards cannot be prematurely liquidated, fostering greater stability in the marketplace and encouraging a long-term commitment to the ecosystem.
Automatic Staking for Rewards
During the 90-day lock period, bonuses will be automatically staked to allow participants to earn additional benefits:
$UBQT (XPR): Staking will occur via BlastPad, providing a seamless and secure staking experience.
$UBQT_S (SOL): Staking will soon be available via Smithii, adding an additional layer of utility and earning potential.
These changes align with our mission to prioritize long-term value creation and to reward community members who believe in the future of $UBQT and $UBQT_S.
